Mystic

If you are working with another psp version then the settings and any filter effects may give a different effect. Play around with the settings until you get the desired result.

This lesson is created and written by myself. Any resemblance is purely coincidental.
In my lessons I use a color scheme. I list the colors by noting the color number that is in the color box, in the color scheme.

Preparation
Put the selections in the folder selections of my psp files/My psp files
Open the tubes/makers and the color scheme in your psp. Minimize them.
Put your foreground color on color nr 1 and your background on color nr 2.

1.
Make a transparent image of 800x500 pixels
Selections - all
Activate abstract wallpaper
Edit - copy and return to your 800 image
Edit - paste into selection
Select nothing

2.
Adjust - blur - gaussian blur with range at 50.00
Layers - duplicate
Effects - plug-in filter - unlimited 2.0 / Funhouse - Angulate,
default settings
Set the blend mode of this layer to soft light
Layers - merge - merge visible layers

Layers - duplicate
Image - resize with 85%, no mark at resize all layers
Image - mirror
Layers - new raster layer
Selections - load/save selection - load selection from disk and search in the dropdown menu for sel 1 lesson 405 mpd©designs

Fill the selection with your foregroundcolor
Select nothing
Put the blend mode of this layer on overlay
Effects - 3d effects - drop shadow
v&h at 5
opacity 50
blur 10,00 black

Take your selection tool, rectangle and choose from for custom selection and take over these settings

Activate the bottom layer in your layer palette
Selections - make selection layer.
Layers - arrange - in front

Adjust - blur - gaussian blur with range at 50,00
Effects - insert filter - toadies - blast 'em!.... default settings
Difuse on 20
Transparency 211
Adjust - sharpness - sharpen
Effects - plug-in - graphic plus - emboss
all sliders on 0
Select nothing

Effects - 3d effects - drop shadow
v&h on 5
opacity 50
blur 10,00 black
Repeat the drop shadow but now with v&h at minus 5, the rest remains the same

Effects - distortion effects - wave

Selections - load/save selection - load selection from disk and search in the pull out menu for sel 2 lesson 405 mpd©designs,

settings are still good.
Push now 1x on your delete key
Select nothing

Activate deco 1 mpd©designs
Edit - copy and return to your 800 image
Edit - paste as a new layer.
Effects - image effects - offset
horizontal on minus 310
vertical on 2
Check mark at adjusted and transparent

Effects - 3d effects - drop shadow
v&h on 1
opacity 50
blur 1,00 black
Layers - duplicate
image - mirror

Activate deco 2 mpd©designs
Edit - copy and return to your 800 image
Edit - paste as a new layer, this is right
Effects - 3d effects - drop shadow
v&h at 1
opacity 50
blur 1.00 black

Selections - load/save selection - load selection from disk and search in the scroll menu for sel 3 lesson 405 mpd©designs
settings are still good

Foreground is on color nr 1
background color on nr 2

Layers - new raster layer and fill the selection with your foreground color
Selections - modify - contract with 20
Layers - new raster layer and fill the selection with your background color
Selections - modify - contract with 2 and hit the delete key once.

In the layer palette activate the bottom layer
Edit - copy
Activate in the layer palette the top layer again
Layers - new raster layer
Edit - paste into selection.

Adjust - blur - gaussian blur with range at 50,00
Activate the tube Renee_tube_Mystic
In your layer palette activate the top layer
Edit - copy and return to your 800 image
Layers - new raster layer
Edit - paste into selection
Select nothing.
Adjust - sharpness – sharpen

Layers - merge - merge down
Repeat 2x more
Layers - duplicate
In your layer palette activate the layer below

Effects - plugin filter - alien skin eye candy 5 impact - perspective shadow
At the settings tab choose
Reflect in front, sharp
and then click on OK
Bring the layer opacity back to 70
Adjust - sharpness - even sharper
Activate the top layer in your layer palette

Activate deco 3 mpd©designs
Edit - copy and return to your 800 image
Edit - paste as a new layer
Effects - image effects - offset
horizontal on minus 130
vertical on minus 142
Check mark at custom and transparent

Effects - 3d effects - drop shadow
v&h on
opacity 50
blur 10.00 black

Layers - duplicate
Image - flip
Image - mirror
Effects - image effects - offset
horizontal at 0
vertical at minus 15

Image - add borders :
1 pixel background color
3 pixels foreground color
1 pixel background color
1 pixel foreground color
35 pixels background color
1 pixel foreground color

Activate text lesson 405 mpd©designs
Edit - copy and return to your 800 image
Edit - paste as a new layer, place this right below
or where you like it

Layers - new raster layer and put your name/watermark on it
Do not forget the license of your tube!
Layers - merge - merge all layers
Image - resize and type at width 800 pixels, check mark at resize all layers

Save your work as a jpeg file
That brings you to the end of this lesson
