If you are working with a different version of PSP, the settings and filter effects may give a different effect. Play around with the settings until you get the desired result.

Preparation
Place the selection files in the selection folder of your Psp files
Open the tubes and the color scheme in your psp. Minimize them, except for the color scheme.
Set your foreground to color nr.1 and your background to color black

Open a new image of 800x 500 pixels in white

Selections / Select All
Selections / Modify / Contract 30

Layers / New raster layer
Flood fill the selection with the background color black
4.
Selections / Modify / Contract 20
Press your delete key once
Selections /Select none
5.
Effects / Plugins / alien skin eye candy 5 impact – Glass
Tab /Settings
Select / Clear
Tab / Basic
Set Bevel width(pixels) to 15.00
The rest remains as it is

In your layer palette, activate the layer underneath
Selections / Select All
Selections / Modify / Contract 40
7.
Layers / New raster layer
Flood fill the selection with the foreground color ( color L615)
Selections /Select none
Stay on this layer

Activate L615 Deco made by mpd©
Edit / Copy and return to your 800 image
Edit / Paste as a new layer
Do not move

Stay on this layer
Activate L615 deco 1 made by mpd©
Edit / Copy and return to your 800 image

Opacity 65
Blur 15,00 color black

Activate the top layer in the layer palette

Repeat twice more

and then click ok

Activate the middle layer
Edit/copy and return to your frame image

draw a selection, left side

Edit / Paste into selection
Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen
Selections/ Select none

Layers/ Duplicate
Image / Mirror /Mirror Horizontal (Image / Mirror in older versions of PSP)
Layers / Merge / Merge Down
Repeat once more

Activate the top layer in your layer palette

Edit / Copy and return to your 800 image
Edit / Paste as a new layer

Place the text on the right, at the bottom
Or wherever you like

Layers / New raster layer
and put your name/watermark on it

Layers / Merge / Merge all (flatten)
Save your work as a JPG file
