If you are using a different version of PSP, the settings and filter effects may have a different effect. Play around with the settings until you get the result you want.

 

This lesson was conceived and written by me. Any similarity is purely coincidental.

I use a color scheme in my lessons.

I list the colors by noting the color number listed in the color box, in the color scheme.

Preparation

Put the selections in the selections folder of my psp files/My psp files

 

Open the tubes/makers and the color scheme in your PSP. Minimize them,

except the color scheme.

 

Set your foreground to color no 1

and your background to color no. 2

 

Change your background to a linear gradient Angle 90 / Repeat 3

1.

File: Open a new image of 800x500 pixels, color white

 

Layers/ New raster layer

Flood Fill Tool-fill the layer with the gradient

Effects / Plugins / Mehdi – Sorting Tiles

Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling-

setting to Stutter Diagonal

Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling-, using the default settings

!! but transition to 100!!

Effects / Plugins /Filters/ unlimited 2.0 / Toadies – Blast 'em with these settings-

Activate Flood Fill Tool-Opacity 30%

Fill the selection with the foreground color white

Edit/Copy and return to your 800 image

Erase everything from the tube that falls from the bottom of the circle.

Activate the 2nd layer from the bottom (the copy of the tube)

Erase everything from the tube that falls from the bottom of the circle.

Image / Resize 800 pixels width

Resize all layers checked

Activate your Text Tool - choose the font you want to use

Write “Maud”

Place the text of your choice

Effects / 3D-Effects / Drop shadow

V&H at minus 2

Opacity 85

Blur 10,00

 

Or a drop shadow of your choice

Layers / New raster layer

and put your name/watermark on it

 

!! Don't forget my watermark !!

 

Layers / Merge / Merge All ( flatten)

 

Save your work as a jpeg file
