Creep it Real

 

This lesson was written on October 23, 2023 using psp12.

If you are working with a different version of PSP, the settings and filter effects may give a different effect. Play around with the settings until you get the desired result.

Preparation

Place the selection files in the selection folder of your Psp files

 

Open the tubes and the color scheme in your psp. Minimize them, except for the color scheme.

 

Set your foreground to black

and your background on white

Open a new image of 850x 500 pixels in black

Layers / New raster layer

Selections/Select all

3.

Activate Halloween-30

Activate the middle layer

Edit/Copy and return to your 850 image

Edit / Paste into selection

Selections/Select none

4.

Adjust / Blur / Radial blur

5.

Layers / Merge / Merge visible layers

Effects/ Plugins/ Mehdi – Sorting Tiles

Effects/ Plugins/ Filters/ Unimited 2.0 / FunHouse – Heizenberg's Mirror, default

Effects / Edge Effects/ Enhance

7.

Effects/ Plugins/ MuRa's Meister – Perspective Tiling

Effects/ Plugins/ Graphic Plus – Cross shadow, default

Activate your Magic Wand – Tolerance at 0 and Feather at 0

click the transparent part

9.

Layers / New raster layer

Flood fill the selection with your foreground (black)

Leave the selection activated

10.

Layers / New raster layer

Activate Halloween-30

The middle layer still activated

Edit/Copy and return to your 850 image

(tube can be closed, NOT saved)

Edit / Paste into selection

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Selections /Select none

Layers / Merge / Merge down

Layers / New raster layer

Flood fill the layer with color white

Layers / New mask layer / From image and select mask:

Activate spiderweb

Edit/Copy and return to your 850 image

Edit / Paste as a new layer

Horizontal at 400

Vertical at 200

Custom and transparent checked

Edit/Copy and return to your 850 image

Edit / Paste as a new layer

Image / Mirror /Mirror Horizontal (Image / Mirror in older versions of PSP)

Image /Resize with 60 %, resize all layers not checked

Place the tube at the bottom left

Effects / 3D-Effects/ Drop Shadow

v&h minus at 5

Opacity 85

Blur 15,00 color black

Activate L539 text ballon 1mpd©

Edit/Copy and return to your 850 image

Edit / Paste as a new layer

Place the text balloon above the ghost

Edit / Paste as a new layer

Place it above the sample cup cake

Layers / Merge / Merge all

Set your foreground to color L539

Image / Add Borders/Symmetric checked:

2 pixels foreground color

Image / Add Borders/Symmetric checked:

40 pixels color black

Effects / Plugins/ Alien skin eye candy 5 impact – Glass

In the Settings tab, choose Clear

In the Basic Tab, only set Bevel Width(pixels) to 15.00

The rest remains as it is

Image / Add Borders/Symmetric checked:

2 pixels foreground color

Image / Resize 850 pixels width

Resize all layers checked

Activate L539 text mpd©

Edit/Copy and return to your 850 image

Edit / Paste as a new layer

Place the text at the top or wherever you want.

Layers / New raster layer

 

and put your name/watermark on it

 

!! Don't forget my watermark !!

Layers / Merge / Merge all (flatten)

Save your work as a JPG file
