If you are working with a different version of PSP, the settings and filter effects may give a different effect. Play around with the settings until you get the desired result.

 

This lesson was conceived and written by me. Any similarity is purely coincidental.

Preparation

Place the selection files in the selection folder of your Psp files

Open the tubes and the color scheme in your psp. Minimize them, except for the color scheme.

 

Set your background to colour L567

 

1.

Open a new image of 800x500 pixels in white

Layers / New raster layer

Flood/Fill/Tool/ fill with your background color

Layers / New mask layer / From image and select mask:

Minimise the mask

Repeat once more

Activate Selection Tool-Custom Selection(S)-Rectangle with these settings:

Top at 20

Left at 0

Bottom at 50

Right at 800

In your layer palette, activate the bottom layer

(this is the white layer )

Selections/Promote selection to layer

Layers / Arrange / Bring to top

Take your tool lasso, or freehand selection

draw a selection around the watermark

Press your delete key once

Selections/Select none

Edit/Copy and return to your 800 image

 

Edit / Paste as new layer

 

Image /Resize with 80 %, resize all layers not checked

Repeat 2x more

Activate the top layer in your layer palette

Place the deco at the top right

1 pixel background color

30 pixels color white

Edit/Copy and return to your 800 image

 

Edit / Paste as new layer

 

Do not move

Layers / New raster layer

 

and put your name/watermark on it

 

!! Don't forget my watermark !!

Layers / Merge / Merge all (flatten)

Save your work as a JPG file
