If you are working with a different version of PSP, the settings and filter effects may give a different effect. Play around with the settings until you get the desired result.

This lesson was conceived and written by me. Any similarity is purely coincidental.

Preparation

Place the selection files in the selection folder of your Psp files

Open the tubes and the color scheme in your psp. Minimize them, except for the color scheme.

 

Set your foreground to color 1

 

1.

Open a new image of 800x 500 pixels in white

2.

Layers / New raster layer

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color

3.

Effekte/Plugins/Filters/ Unlimited 2.0 / Photo Aging Kit – Hairs&Dust, default settings

128 / 128

4.

Reduce the layer opacity of this layer to 50

Layers / Merge / Merge visible

5.

Layers / New raster layer

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color

6.

Layers / New mask layer / From image and select mask:

Effects / 3D-Effects/ Drop Shadow

v&h at 1

Opacity 85

Blur 1,00 color black

 

Layers / Merge / Merge visible

Set your background to color no. 3

Activate Selection Tool-Custom Selection(S)-Rectangle with these settings:

Top at 0

Left at 0

Bottom at 250

Right at 200

Flood Fill Tool and set the opacity to 40

Layers / New raster layer

Flood fill the selection with your background color

Press your delete key once

Flood fill the selection with your foreground ( white)

Press your delete key once

Set Bevel width(pixels) to 20.00

The rest remains as it is

In your layer palette, activate raster 2

this is the layer with the white border

Activate the top layer in your layer palette

Place the text at the bottom right, or wherever you like it
