If you are working with a different version of PSP, the settings and filter effects may give a different effect. Play around with the settings until you get the desired result.

Preparation

Place the selection files in the selection folder of your Psp files

 

Open the tubes and the color scheme in your psp. Minimize them, except for the color scheme

 

Set your foreground to white and your background to black

Open a new image of 800x 500 pixels in black

Layers / New raster layer

Selections/Select all

Activate Woman – Fantasy 4 by mp©

The top layer is activated

4.

Edit/copy and return to your 800 image

Edit / Paste into selection

Selections/Select none

5.

Adjust / Blur / Motion Blur

Angle at 310.00

Strength at 100

Edit / Repeat Motion Blur

Layers / Merge / Merge down

Effects/ Plugins/Filters /unlimitied 2. 0 / &Bkg Kaleidoscope – Nomads Rug, default settings

Layers / New raster layer

Flood fill the layer with the foreground color (white)

Layers / New mask layer / From image and select mask:

Set the blend mode of this layer to Overlay

Place the text at the bottom right

or where you like / like it

and put your name/watermark on it

Layers / Merge / Merge all (flatten)

Save your work as a JPG file
