If you are working with a different version of PSP, the settings and filter effects may give a different effect. Play around with the settings until you get the desired result.

Preparation
Place the selection files in the selection folder of your Psp files
Open the tubes and the color scheme in your psp. Minimize them, except for the color scheme.
Put your foreground on color nr 1 and your background on color nr 2

Open a new transparent image of this size 800x500 pixels
Flood fill with your background color (color nr 2)

Effects / Plugins / Texture – Grain

Effects / Plugins / Graphic Plus – Emboss;
all sliders to 0
4.
Activate Selection Tool-Custom Selection(S)-Rectangle with these settings:
Top at 0
Left at 0
Bottom at
500 Right at 170

Layers / New raster layer
Flood fill the selection with your foreground ( color nr 1)

Effects / Plugins / Terxture – Texturizer
7.
Effects / Distortion Effects / Wind
Wind direction / From Right
Wind Strength 100
Selection/ Select none
Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Effects / 3D-Effects/ Drop Shadow

Opacity 65
Blur 15,00 color black

Flood fill the selection with your foreground (color nr 1)

Set the blend mode of this layer to Overlay.

And the slider at "Matte" to 5

Set your foreground color to color white
