Play around with the settings until you get the result you want.

Preparation
Place the selections in the selections folder of your psp files
Open the tubes and the color scheme in your PSP.
Minimize them except for the color scheme.
Set your foreground to color no.1
and your background on color no. 2
Background/Foreground ---Gradient /style Sunburst
Angle 0
Repeats 0
Invert not checked

Open a new image of 800x500 pixels in black
Layers / new raster layer
Flood fill the layer with the gradient

Layers / New mask layer / From image and select mask:

Effects/Plugins/ Graphic plus – cross shadow, default
Layers / merge / merge visible

Open a new image of 300x300 pixels, in black
Layers / new raster layer
Flood fill the layer with the gradient

Layers / New mask layer / From image and select mask:

Layers / Merge / Merge group
Effects / Plugins/ Graphic plus – cross shadow, default
Layers / merge / merge all
Rename this layer “MASKER”
and minimize it for a moment

Return to your 800 image
Color Palette: Set your background color back to color

Activate Selection Tool-Custom Selection(S)-Rectangle with these settings:
Top at 70
Left at 0
Bottom at 420
Right at 250

Layers / new raster layer
Fill the selection with your foreground
Selections / modify / contract with 5
Press your delete key once

Layers / new raster layer
Flood fill the selection with your background color
Effects / Plugins / Graphic plus – cross shadow, default

Selections / modify / contract with 15
Press your delete key once

Layers / new raster layer
Flood fill the selection with your foreground color
Selections / modify / contract with 5
