If you work with another psp version then the settings and any filter effects may give a different effect. Play with the settings until you get the desired result.

Preparation
Place the selections in the selections folder of my psp files/My psp files
Open the tubes/makers and the color scheme in your psp. Minimize them, except for the color scheme.

Set your foreground to color nr 3
Set your background to color nr 2

Make a transparent image of 800x500 pixels
Fill it with your background

Effects / plugin / Graphic Plus - Cross Shadow, default
Adjust / blur / gaussian blur with range on 50,00

Layers / new raster layer
and fill with your background

Effects / plugin filter / Unlimited 2.0 / Tramages - Tow the line, default
Effects / plugin / Unlimited 2.0 / Two Moon - VerticalChopBlur, default

Effects / image effects / seamless repeat
and set the setting to Seamless Diagonal

Set the blend mode of this layer to hard light
and reduce the layer opacity of this layer to 70
Adjust / sharpness / sharpening

Layers / merge / merge visible layers

Selections / modify / indent with 60
Selections / make layer from selection

Check mark at format all layers
